Terms of stay.
These terms set out the basis on which we welcome you to a White Pole residence. They apply to every reservation made through whitepolegroup.com and to every stay at White Pole.
1. Who we are.
White Pole Hospitality Limited (“White Pole”, “we”, “us”) operates a portfolio of premium serviced residences in Nigeria. Our flagship is White Pole at 18 Makeni Street, Wuse Zone 6, Abuja. Correspondence may be sent to info@whitepolegroup.com.
2. Making a reservation.
A reservation is created when you complete the guest portal and we confirm the residence is held in your name. Until payment is received, your reservation is described as held. The reservation becomes confirmed when funds are received in full and applied to your booking.
We offer two payment methods at checkout: settle online via Paystack, or transfer to our bank account using your reservation reference. Holds expire if payment is not received within the period stated at checkout, after which the residence is released for others to reserve.
3. Rates, taxes, and charges.
- All published rates are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of 7.5% VAT.
- Bespoke experiences (chef, airport transfer, breakfast, spa) are arranged with our concierge on request; pricing is confirmed before delivery and billed separately.
- Returning guests may receive a flat loyalty adjustment, applied automatically when you are signed in.
- Incidental charges (room service, additional cleaning, damage) are settled on departure or charged to the card on file.
4. Arrival, departure, and conduct.
Standard check-in is from 12:00; departure is by 11:00. Earlier arrival or later departure is offered at our discretion subject to availability. As a private residence we ask that guests respect the building, our staff, and other residents; behaviour that endangers persons or property is grounds for termination of the stay without refund.
5. Cancellations and changes.
Our cancellation terms are set out in the Cancellation policy. Date changes are permitted subject to availability and the same notice windows; the rate difference (if any) is applied at the time of change.
6. Our responsibility.
We will deliver the residence and service described at the time of booking, subject only to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (utility outages, force majeure, government action). Where we are unable to deliver, we will offer a comparable residence within the portfolio or a full refund of the affected nights.
Personal belongings remain your responsibility. We recommend you use the in-residence safe. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.
7. Privacy.
How we collect and protect your information is set out in our Privacy notice.
8. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute that we cannot resolve directly will be referred to the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
9. Contact.
Please direct any question about these terms — including questions about a specific reservation — to info@whitepolegroup.com or call +234 705 363 6519.
