Where is White Pole Ascension located?
White Pole Ascension is at Zone 6, 18 Makeni St, Wuse, Abuja 900286, in the Federal Capital Territory — a central Wuse address within easy reach of Abuja's business and diplomatic districts.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 12:00 and check-out is at 11:00. If you need to arrive earlier or depart later, speak with our concierge and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What types of residences are available?
There are eight residences across three collections: three studios (one guest, 52 m², open-plan), three signature suites (two guests, 78 m², one-bedroom), and two grand residences (four guests, 124 m², two-bedroom).
What is included in the rate?
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, free private on-site parking, a 24-hour front desk and concierge, daily housekeeping, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, and guaranteed 24-hour power and security. Bespoke experiences — the in-house chef, airport transfers, breakfast and spa — are arranged with the concierge and billed separately. Rates are quoted in Nigerian Naira and are inclusive of 7.5% VAT.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free private parking is available on site and no reservation is needed. The building also has an elevator serving the upper floors.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes. Executive airport transfers with a private chauffeur are arranged with our concierge. Transfers are a bespoke experience billed separately from your residence rate.
Is there an in-house chef?
Yes. Our in-house chef prepares bespoke culinary experiences in your residence by arrangement, from quiet breakfasts to private multi-course dinners.
How do I make a reservation?
Reserve through the guest portal: choose your dates, select a residence, and confirm. You can also speak with our reservations team by telephone or email, and rates are shown as soon as you begin the booking process.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online by card, bank, USSD or transfer, which confirms your reservation instantly. You may also pay by bank transfer to our Globus Bank account quoting your reservation reference; our team confirms receipt by email, typically within one business day. Payment at the property is accepted as well — for this option, please speak with our concierge first so your reservation can be confirmed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 14 days before arrival for a full refund. Between 7 and 14 days, 50% of the first night is retained; within 7 days, the first night is retained in full and remaining nights are refunded. Dates may be moved up to 48 hours before arrival, subject to availability.
Are pets allowed, and can I smoke in the residence?
Pets are allowed on request at no extra charge — please let our concierge know in advance so we can prepare your residence. The property is non-smoking throughout.
Are the residences suitable for extended stays?
Yes. The residences are designed for longer stays as well as short visits, with full kitchens, dedicated workspaces, and daily housekeeping. Returning guests receive a loyalty adjustment applied automatically when signed in. Speak with our concierge about extended-stay arrangements.
